Below are pictures of different finishes
being applied or have been completed with a brief description.
External
sand finish two coat system using Swan G.P Cement
and lime. Once coating has cured, this coating must
be painted.
Internal
application of plaster which consists of a two coat
system
First Coat - application of Swan G.P Cement
Second Coat - application of hardwall plaster mixed
with lime then troweled to produce an even flat
surface
Internal
Plaster patching where tiles meet edge of concrete
slab.
Preparation
work to concrete stairs which consists of fixing
plastic beading to edges followed by application
of bondcrete (which is a bonding agent) to concrete
then coated with cement.
Final process is application of plaster coating.
External
stucco (marble plaster) is being applied. This finish
creates a soft weathered aged look.
External
Acrylic texture coat being applied. This coating
will produce a vertical scratch appearance.
External
2 coat Sand Finish using cream cement. To be able
to maintain long-lasting colour, we recommend a
clear sealer to be used which will protect any moisture
affecting the finish.
External acrylic texture
coat being applied. This consists of:
1. Base coat using Swan G.P. Cement and lime;
2. Application of acrylic sealer; and
3. Application of acrylic texture coat.
